Valerie is a commercial litigator focusing on funded litigation who has been with the firm for over 10 years. She has practised in litigation since her admission in 2007. With a background in funded class actions, Valerie also prosecutes funded commercial litigation claims. She is responsible for a number of high value, multi-party disputes for the firm’s major clients. She is based in Brisbane but regularly appears in courts interstate. In 2018, Valerie contributed to the litigation funding paper, “Getting the Deal Through – Litigation Funding – Australia”.
