Piper Alderman appoints senior Corporate Partner


Andrew Rankin was most recently at Dibbs Barker and previously, Norton Rose Fulbright for over 10 years as a partner.

With over 20 years’ experience, Mr Rankin is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer and regularly works with domestic and international clients on mergers & acquisitions, capital raisings, competition law and Australian regulatory compliance matters.

In addition, Andrew advises both private companies and publicly listed companies and has particularly strong experience in acting in the financial services, healthcare, aged care and agribusiness sectors.
