Sasha has over 13 years experience acting in corporate and commercial litigation on behalf of major corporations, liquidators and banks.

He acts in proceedings in the Supreme Courts of New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia and the Federal Court of Australia.

Sasha acts for insolvency practitioners in relation to voluntary administrations, deeds of company arrangement, liquidations and bankruptcies, including in relation to unfair preference claims, uncommercial transactions, examination of company officers and insolvent trading.

He is currently engaged by a significant number of New South Wales Councils and a large publicly listed company in a claim against Lehman Brothers Australia arising out of the sale by Lehman of securities in the form of collateralised debt obligations (CDOs).
