Tom is a partner in the Dispute Resolution division based in Sydney. He has more than eight years' experience in disputes in both Adelaide and Sydney, specialising in property disputes for listed public companies. Tom has acted for commercial lessors of shopping centres in large and small leasing disputes.

Prior to working at Piper Alderman, Tom was a Judge’s Associate in the Federal Court and gained experience in Native Title, Corporations Law and Trade Practices Act matters. Tom has experience in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of both New South Wales and South Australia and has experience of litigation in the Queensland Local and Supreme Courts. He has also gained experience in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Administrative Decisions Tribunal (NSW).
