Mark is a commercial litigation lawyer who has a particular focus on employment litigation and occupational health and safety and has significant experience in the manufacturing and logistics industries.

As a commercial litigation practitioner, Mark advises and acts in matters including partnership disputes, contractual litigation, trusts and estate litigation, lease disputes and directors duties issues. He also advises in relation to employment disputes including unfair dismissal, award interpretation and restraints of trade.

Mark works with employers on a range of Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) issues including risk identification and management, policy drafting, quality assurance and risk assessment material, advising and acting as a team leader in workplace investigations and acting in defence of occupation health and safety prosecutions. He also provides seminars and training to employers on emerging OH&S issues and regulation.

Mark is accredited by the Law Institute as a specialist in commercial litigation and is a member of the Institute's OHS Sub-Committee.
