Simon is a corporate and commercial lawyer with a particular interest in primary industries.
He utilises his drafting skills on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions for Australian and international private clients and SMEs as well as major Australian corporations.
He has been involved in numerous corporate projects including business and share sales and acquisitions as well as equity capital raisings and due diligence investigations.

Simon has advised private, listed and unlisted companies and their directors on regulatory compliance and governance issues as well as on most aspects of Corporations Law including meetings, share capital transactions, takeovers and schemes of arrangement.

He has significant experience in green-fields energy developments for gas and wind generation and has acted in numerous acquisitions of primary production businesses as well as establishing Australian domiciled structures for broad-acre farming and horticultural businesses for off-shore investors.
