Andrew is a commercial litigation lawyer who advises corporations and individuals on a wide range of disputes including defamation, building, trusts, insolvency, trade practices, product liability, copyright and contractual. Andrew has experience working across a number of industries including building and construction, insurance, banking and finance and property.

He draws on his wide experience gained from acting as the principal adviser on a number of major pieces of litigation and provides clients with commercially sound and strategic advice. This experience has been gained from major pieces of litigation such as representing all non-redundant employees of Ansett in the dispute over the $300m shortfall of the superannuation entitlements to all employees of Ansett.

Andrew has also been involved in a number of high profile matters involving sports players and has a special interest in this area.
