Robert is an experienced lawyer whose practice focuses on commercial law and high net worth individuals. Robert is also an experienced company director with a first-hand knowledge of the duties and issues faced at board level.

Robert’s experience covers a wide range of areas including establishing, restructuring and advising on structures of companies, trusts, partnerships and joint ventures, acquisition and disposal of businesses, taxation advice, commercial disputes and litigation, employment and industrial relations, and advising on property related issues including purchasing, and selling.

He is also experienced in advising on commercial documentation including negotiation, drafting, reviewing and advising on a wide variety of contracts including distribution, licensing, franchising and employment agreements.

Robert advises private clients in relation to wills, estate planning, administration of estates, disputes that arise and acting as an executor of estates, particular those involving large and complex family estates.
