Geoff is an experienced commercial lawyer with a strong background in the sale and purchase of businesses, companies, trusts and commercial agreements and documentation of all types.

He has a particular interest in hospitality law in which he has more than 20 years experience. He represents clients in matters relating to the purchase, sale, leasing, management and day-to-day running of hotels, motels, restaurants, bottle shops and other licensed premises. His clients range from small country hotels to large metropolitan venues.

Geoff consults regularly with the Liquor and Gaming Commissioner to keep abreast of legislative changes.
