Judy has focused on federal and state tax and revenue law for over 15 years. She has a particular focus on those areas of tax law that have the most significant impact on corporate and commercial transactions (including in the property industry) such as capital gains tax, stamp duty and GST. She has a keen interest in structuring and restructuring projects including trust, partnership and joint venture law.

She advises numerous multinational, public and listed trustees, companies and institutions, SMEs, joint ventures and private enterprises and has assisted these entities in substantial and complex national and international transactions.

Judy acts for public and private sector clients on tax-effective structuring, acquisition, development, implementation and sale of assets and projects including providing tax and multi-jurisdictional stamp duty and GST advice and opinions.
