Tony is the National Head of Piper Alderman’s Property & Projects Division.
Since 1987, Tony has specialised in commercial property and business transactions. He has particular expertise acting in relation to retail and office developments, residential and mixed use projects, commercial tenancies, community and strata title matters as well as the acquisition, leasing, management and disposal of a wide range of commercial properties, businesses and other commercial entities.
Tony provides stamp duty and GST advice and negotiates with landlords, tenants, builders and financiers. He also advises in relation to planning and environment protection issues and undertakes negotiations with government and other regulatory bodies.
