James is a corporate practitioner with significant experience in corporate transactions, corporate governance, funds management and securities law. His practice has a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions (including public company takeovers and reconstructions), capital raisings and IPOs (through prospectuses and information memoranda) and corporate structuring.

James also focuses on financial services, including licensing, registered and unregistered managed investment schemes and PDSs. James also provides advice on corporate and commercial matters, corporate governance, the Corporations Act, ASIC and ASX requirements and securities industry issues.
