Rose has overall responsibility for Piper Alderman's Human Resources function.

She provides leadership and strategic direction in all areas of Human Resources, in particular resources planning, recruitment, remuneration and benefits, learning and development, performance management and talent retention initiatives.

Rose also oversees other HR initiatives and projects including policies and procedures, health and wellbeing, staff recognition, graduate programs and university sponsorships.
