Lyons Solicitors merges with Piper Alderman

Piper Alderman announced a merger with Brisbane-based firm Lyons Solicitors on 1 October 2008.

Lyons is a prominent, boutique commercial practice with a focus on property law. The highly respected Queensland-based team is lead by Mick Lyons, who will join Piper Alderman as a consultant and partner Kerri McElwaine.

The merger brings Piper Alderman's Brisbane office to 5 Partners, 1 Consultant and a total staff of over 35. Nationally, Piper Alderman has a staff of 300 in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide.
